    They also talked about it on Around the Horn before that. On that show, they all said it was ugly and awful - especially Mariotti who hates Houston anyway.

    In fact, when talking about LeBron, he said, "Let him destroy Steve Francis in the Compaq Center and then I'll say he's the next Motzart." Of course, they won't be playing in the Compaq Center any more you dumbass.

    nvm nuthin great it was Happy Trails to old Rockets logo and then DA said that he liked the red & yellow out of the new 1, the pajamas and the glory days but he did say our new 1 was stylish

    STUPID MARIOTTI! I hate you! What did Woody Paige say about it? They should have someone from Houston Chronicle on the show.

    And I saw the Rockets on Pardon the Interruption.

    What did they say? And why is David Aldridge and a woman doing it now? What happened to those 2 guys?

    Mariotti does hate Houston. I have no idea why, but he hates Houston. I remember him on a radio show not wanting to give Yao any props for Rookie of the year. Not just that, he has always made comments putting Houston down.

    I like the logo, but I don't know if Paige recognizes what "hip" and "cool" are.

    This sounds like props to Steve, imo. Bron will have a hard time guarding the Franchise's and Baron's of the world.


    At least they're tlaking about it. Did they talk about Denver and Cleveland's logo earlier?

    Denver's logo is a blatant cash-in. The Nugs owe Photoshop's paint bucket big time.

    Cleveland's logo is our old logo with a cocktail weenie sword. They rode the popularity of the Bucs and came up with their logo.

    At least ours is different. It shocked me at first but I know that I like it.

    Actually, it looks better with the Houston Rockets around it. The center of focus is lost in the clutter.

    That sounds like a compliment to Steve Francis to me. It's like saying let me see Lebron beat the elite players in the league before he's crowned the next Jordan.

    Yeah, PTI's impression (or David Aldridge's at least) was a lot like the rest of us at first ... better than the last one but not as good as the championship one. Personally, I like this one and its potential best.
