Didn't see this posted. Looks like it's going to be a feature on the new Grantland Basketball Hour. http://grantland.com/the-triangle/the-grantland-basketball-hour-james-harden-is-rocket-fuel/ This is a great breakdown of Harden's offensive prowess.
Thanks for the link. Seems to be a video version of his article from about a week ago: http://grantland.com/the-triangle/future-of-basketball-james-harden-daryl-morey-houston-rockets/
So that means that... Harden = Rocket fuel Rest of Rockets = The Rocket Harden = Can be both the Rocket and Rocket Fuel Championship = Outer Space Mission Control = McHale = Houston we have a problem
5th most efficient (FGA-wise) 45pts or better game by a player in NBA history: http://www.basketball-reference.com...&c4comp=gt&c4val=&order_by=fga&order_by_asc=Y
Just 2 spots lower than Kevin Martin, one of the 3 main assets he was traded for, who also achieved the feat with the rockets.
I'm willing to fight anyone in a yusuke/toguro type battle who says James isn't the MVP at the moment.
I don't think you'll find anyone who would disagree that he deserves to be either the MvP or the runner up to Curry, but I think many of us feel that he has to lead us to a victory against the Warriors in order to ensure the voters who aren't Houston homers will vote for him.

Fun watch. From a statistics perspective without a doubt Harden is having a MVP year. He is definitely a candidate. However, I can't help but think more about his performances against better teams. His stinker a few days ago against the Warriors is still concerning. I think he also struggled against the Hawks and Grizzlies. Throw in the Blazer playoff series from last year and it makes you wonder if he can truly deliver it consistently for us. I'm a huge Harden critic and him being in the MVP talk this year is great but let's see what this can all amount to. I'm hoping he'll take us deep into the playoffs this time around.
No one mentions Duncan, Ginobli, or Parker in MVP discussion despite always having the best record in the league but suddenly it's the most important thing in the debate when comparing Harden and Curry
He's not even a top five MVP candidate according to Chris Sheridan. Check this trash (or great troll job): http://www.sheridanhoops.com/2015/0...mutterings-on-thibodeau-at-the-halfway-point/
5th rank is a guy not even in the league because the Rockets had a loss against the Warriors? Definitely a troll job
