http://www.basketball-reference.com/teams/NOP/2015_games.html The Pelicans have played 40 games this year, they are 20-20. During this time, they have not lost more than 3 games in a row or won more than 2 games in a row. Rather weird how they just consistently alternate between Ws and Ls. It looks like they are likely to have a 3 or 4 game win streak coming up, with a victory today plus next 3 games vs. NYK, LAL and MIN. But who knows whether they will actually cash in on the opportunity.
It's become clear that Davis should force a move to Houston if he wants to experience any real streak.
They are inconsistent. Sometimes they beat good teams. Sometimes they lose to bad teams. It seems like their record is just a result of random coin flips.
It's a shame they look like contenders when they play us. Those two wins were painful. It takes us out of a tie for 4th and 5th and puts us in a tie for 2nd and 3rd. It also takes our lottery pick from 14th to tied for 12th. Easily the two biggest games of the year, and both losses.
Pretty weird team. Lost to the Knicks today Beat Toronto Lost to Philadelphia Beat Detroit Lost to Boston Beat Memphis Lost to Charlotte <strike>Lost to Washington</strike> Blew out Houston Lost to San Antonio <strike>Beat Phoenix Lost to Chicago</strike> Beat San Antonio Lost to Indiana Beat Oklahoma City
that pick is looking good. they just fell behind OKC with the loss today. if the injury woes continue they may fall behind denver and sacramento. that pick should be good for #11-13.
