Curry is great and putting up crazy numbers with even better shooting, but harden just makes the best players in the game look avg and he makes them mad too he just can't be stopped and a lot has to do with him being 6'5 230 and quick as any player out their. But you also can't dispel the fact that gsw have only 5 losses. That's really Impressive and and if the pace keeps up he's def just as deserving as harden. Now if the records even out hardens numbers and impact on both sides just far outway curry. And I watch curry a lot best handle and funniest Pg to watch in the game. But harden could be top 10 player all time good I don't think curry is that good.

You can tell a clear difference in Harden's game from previous seasons IMO. He's much more willing to shoot contested jumpers, and he's knocking them down, too. His step-back game has improved tremendously. That was basically the last piece to his repertoire that he didn't have fully nailed down. At this point he's become an offensive beast who can kill you in a number of ways from any spot on the floor.

Why did he have to miss that step back on Westbrook?

He made him look silly! Lol

Positive vibes on a Friday... should be a great holiday weekend.

Agree with most of the discussion, two points that should be considered in all this a sprinkled through this trhread:

    1. We don't have to hate Curry, he is a phenomenal player having an equally phenomonal year as is our baller.

    2. Harden is having a better year than Durant up to this point in the season, seriously though, he is not better than Durant today... maybe one day in he near future, maybe not.

Harden continues to show why he needs to start in the ASG. Awesome display of skills!

Screw the MVP. I'm sure the media will give it to Curry because "SPLASH BROS!!!1!1". Curry's having a great season, obviously, but he doesn't carry his team the way Harden does. Not even close, really.

Just having an MVP caliber player at only the age of 26 is good enough for me. Everybody knows Harden is deserving.

Is Kobe still ahead of him? It made me sick to my stomach hearing the Staples center crowd chanting M-V-P last night when he was shooting free throws late in the game even though they were losing.

I wouldn't trade Harden for Lebron at this point. Sure, some of that is Lebron dropping off, but a lot of that is Harden just flat out beasting.

Curry has a splash brother who according to the media is all world. Harden is flying solo. Tight race but Harden should get it.

None of those numbers for Harden's last 20 games are accurate, but even if they were, it makes no sense to compare one guy's 20 game stretch to other player's full seasons or careers. Those other dudes had hot streaks, too.
Harden is a legit MVP candidate, but as of now, he's not going to win it unless GS comes back to the pack a little bit.

As for being the best of the three in OKC, you must have missed what Durant did last year.

This Thunder game put the media on serious notice. Whole lot of Harden praise today.

IDFC about MVP's. Let's get a favorable seed, some rest and let's do something great collectively in the playoffs.

James Harden's improved handles + step back jumper + ability to drive/dish = amazing offensive game!
