    Interesting to see what many of us would do if granted General Manager privileges for the day. Assuming you're allowed to trade players while staying within the general rules of the NBA.

    Wait, you didn't exactly say we had to be the Rockets GM. I'd pick OKC and waive the whole team, hopefully Harden can convince Durant to sign for minimum of course I'd be fired and never work in the NBA again, but whatever Houston would be great. I'd also trade other players away for nothing prior to releasing Durant to avoid him being picked up by waivers (76ers/Detroit) etc.

    One other thing I'd call Harden ahead of time and let him know about the plan. I don't care about tampering, I'd be a hero on the forums and Houston would win.

    Okay if the waiver idea didn't work... I guess try to see about making trade work and getting garbage back for Durant. I don't care I'm only here one day.

    The end. Oh yeah, put all my money in Vegas on Houston winning the championship prior to making these moves. Haha, oh you wanted a serious answer??
