This morning 1/17 at around 8:30 am the guys on the morning show mentioned CC.net, the message boards and how we (true bball fans) are still out here. They mentioned how Houston is full of complainers, we're a whiney city but that there are still true fans out there. The morning guys also said that the true fans are on this BBS. How we on the BBS complain about not enough bball calls on the talk shows and we do all our talking on the BBS. John and Lance also said that in an interview with Stevie, he said that HE does read the BBS!!! It's true, they (The Rockets) DO read the BBS... wow... we rule! He didn't say Steve reads OUR BBS, he said Steve mentioned that he reads the internet and fan comments. That could be email he gets, ESPN's boards or whatever. Not to discount this BBS, just to say that Lance is just saying what I had posted a few days ago when Francis mentioned reading the internet (regarding Shaq and Kobe and other rumors) in the newspaper. ------------------ I am very very sleepy.

Lance and John were discussing die hard fans and the Rockets and Lance said he believed that they were just jaded being on the radio and that the fans on the Bulletin Board at ClutchCity.net, "a great Rockets fan site," were really upset with them for not talking enough Rockets - from Rich and Charlie right down to them although, he said, we think that he and John do a better job than most and they don't get enough calls.
