People forget how good Gasol was before he went to the Lakers because of the injury. He brought Kobe the ring and not the other way around. That is the reason why Morey all out to get him. His numbers in international play showed that he still had it.

Playing with legitimate threats also helps. In LA the past two seasons defenses could double him without really worrying about the other four guys. Chicago moves the ball waayyy too well to really be able to successfully double Pau. IF they go into the post-season healthy the only thing in there way would be Lebron having an all-time great series against them which we've seen in the past is totally possible. At this point in the season I don't think there is a team in the league that can match up against them for 7 straight games because they force you to defend well at all 5 positions and rotate extremely well for 48 minutes. They're like the Spurs of the last few years but younger and more athletic with less experience.

The most overrated team in the league. Chicago isn't an offensive juggernaut . All the playoff teams(OKC not Phoenix for the last spot) in the west are capable of beating Chicago and most would be favored.
