I'm guessing something like the Detroit Tigers unis with an R on the left side instead of a D. (in our font instead of gothic) Or possibly an H superimposed over an R instead of the NY on the Yankees jersey.

Okay - I guess I wasn't clear enough on my previous post, so I will be more blunt. YES, we know there's a new logo and uniform coming out, and that it's gonna look cool, so you guys can just stop saying that. Everybody that reads this thread is doing so because we want to see it for ourselves - not to hear a vague description from anyone, or get stupid little childish hints from people who are posting BS. you should absolutely believe Tim and DC Baller, I think it's especially great that Tim participates on the board, it wlil be great to be able to give feedback and listen to his insights as we move in to the new arena. and fortunately for all of us.. the uniform/logo will be all over later this month right?!

All of you people claiming to have seen the logo (except for Tim and DCBaller) and dont want to post it or tell us where to find it are a bunch of r****ds. Thats all I want to say.
As you can probably tell by all my previous posts, I have NOT seen the uniforms, so I will not lie to you here and say I did. That's why you see no logo questions and ALL UNIFORM QUESTIONS. First off, Why Tampa Bay, so the Rockets uni's also should resemble San Fran, Arizona, KC. Think about it. Tampa has a classicly designed football uniform like the others mentioned. So why not them too. It cant be because of colors becuase Tampa has its trim in orange pewter and black. I dont expect those colors form the Rockets. Secondly, Eiko Ihsioka isnt a person who designs simple and traditional stuff like the Bucs uni's. Her work is much more complex than that. I expect along the lines of Denver Bronco's uni's, that's why I guessed them. So I think your Tampa Bay assesment is off to me.
It seems everyone who has (apparently) seen the new unis/logo is concerned about upsetting those who stand to make loads of dough from it. well, what about the poor saps who know nothing about it and feel resigned to buy the old crappy pjs just so they can have their favorite player's jersey? sure, this is the good ol us of a, but why stand up for such a money grubbing scheme? i had been planning on buying a yao jersey soon, but luckily read this first. i would have ended up buying 2 jerseys and the suits would be laughing all the way to the bank. maybe everyone in houston already knows about the logo change and is holding off on buying jerseys. there are, however, many rockets fans elsewhere who will not know about all this until they see the things at their local sporting goods store. with ming so popular after his rookie season, it would seem the rockets are trying to sell as many old jerseys as possible before releasing the new ones and forcing people to buy all over again. not exactly the same, but what if cleveland sold lebron's jersey all summer in the old style, then released the new design just before the season started? some pissed off fans, but hey, they would have made more money... so who do we sympathize with rich owners or poor fans? seems the sooner the news breaks the fewer cashless fans we'll have.
