Sweet, the countdown has begun. When I moved back from Austin, I looked at this complex across the street from the Alabama Ice House. Then I realized that it might not be in my, or my liver's, best interest to live there.

I talked to a few of my lawyer friends over the weekend, they're checking up on clerk jobs at their firms. I'll let ya know when I hear something.

 

These are very nice, I looked at these myself when I was apartment hunting. I think I've looked at a lot of apt complexes in the 5 yrs living in apartments, so I'll give you my .02 on whichever one you decide on. Good luck!

If you're paying over 700 bucks a month in rent you are certifiably nuts. With the rates so low anything above that should be going into a mortgage payment.

whatever one is hotter...go for. personality doesn't matter...you can even keep the nicest one and the hottest one goin at the same time. talk the hottest one to the concert and have a wild time...and then keep the nicest one for the long term side of things.

Dude thats where my buddy Dave lives (did you meet him at Volcano the other night??.... cant remember). I also have a friend I used to play guitar with Glen and his roomie Clay that live in Archstone as well. I think you can find a better deal elsewhere. Archstone is kinda pricey.

But if you do end up moving there.... Dave is cool as hell and will be down for any Rocket/Astro/Texan gathering/game. Fellow Tech alum too.
