The Chinese have been really big on sprawling historic epics so this will be interesting seeing them do one with Western Actors.

Did John Cusack read the script? This the same guy from the 80s?

That... looks turrrible. Old Cusack and sword play?

Brody at least looks menacing. (Did they CGI his face tho?)

This feels like it'll be a box office bomb (in America), if it ever premieres here.

The success of Jackie's movies relies on humor and/or martial arts - I don't think this movie will have any of that. Add to that an actor who won't really be attractive to moviegoers in Cusack, and an actor who's pretty much only known for The Pianist in Brody? You can hear the disinterest a mile away.

Cusack is an MA or at least kickboxing junkie; I believe he did some in Say Anything, and then he had that fight scene with Urquidez in Gross Pointe Blank. Between the occasional Con Air, Must Love Dogs and 2012, he's probably made enough cash over the years that he can do whatever he wants.

Agree on all points, and loved that scene in GPB, but this still looks... absolutely, unequivocally... turrrible.

I was waiting for some sign that this was just a joke, fake trailer. And it never came.

This really looks like an SNL sketch. Atleast Cusack and Brody seem to be having a ball with the corny script.

Wow that looks incredibly crappy..almost at jeremy lins level of crap

Cheesy dialogue, bad acting, bad casting, and trying way too hard to be a epic but looks like a joke.

I thought it might be one of those ****ty Uwe Boll video game movies, with a name like "Dragon Blade", after I realized by the end that it was a genuine trailer.

I love Chinese epics but that one looks pretty bad.
