We should trade these guys for a team of Kevin Martin, Luis Scola, Chase Budinger, Chandler Parsons, Courtney Lee, Goran Dragic, and Kyle Lowry. Can you imagine the efficiency? We would be shoe-ins for the finals.
This is a valid point but it doesn't consider that he was very strong last season, which is a significant sample size. I've been wondering what's different about the Rockets that has affected Ariza's shooting. Minutes may definitely be a factor.

He's taking way more this year and not all of them are good looks. He is second in the league in 3 point attempts right now and he is not a good enough shooter to justify that.
