OK, it's time for me to admit I "melted down" a little bit in this thread tonight! A hot game, four beers, and me. . . .

It's cool. I think we all do. I know you are not a hater which is why I tried saying he was in a bad situation against the toughest and smartest teams in the NBA.

People used to make fun of him (many were OFs) and his iso-ball, but it's clear we need it to win in crunch time. It is predictable, but what other choice do we have? It's not like they aren't setting screens for him. D-Mo wasn't doing well tonight and Howard would just get hacked the second he gets close enough.

I will stop responding to the knee-jerk posts and trolls as well.

 

With new rotation players, it's almost like the team is playing the first games of the season over again. They have to get used to playing together and learning how to play with each other.

They'll get it. It will just take some time.

Ugh... Was at the game. Good turn out by Houston fans.

Feel bad for D12. He gets booed hard anywhere he goes.

It is hard being YMCA coach, take my 6 year old son to a game, and have him wonder why the pros don't do the things I make them do in practice and games.
*follow your shot
*rest on offense, work on defense
*make a mistake on offence hustle back and make up for it on D.

So many times we have a bad pass and the guy that threw it just watches from that point on. Seriously, only Ariza is back on every fast break. Everyone else watches.

 

There is nothing wrong with criticizing a player if they are playing poorly - it doesn't make you a hater, it is just that you expect more out of them.

i can't believe our coach left Dorsey in the game for heck-a-Dorsey to happen!

both Smith(even with 5 fouls) and DMo can easily share 3 minutes each of Dorsey's 7min.

 

Simply can't play quality teams in the Western Conf. and expect to win with 25 turnovers and 13-14 missed free-throws. The good thing, if any, was that despite the TOs, bad foul shooting, and loose D, we were in this one to the end at their building.

Learn from this and take care of business tomorrow vs. Wash.

 

This. Couple of losses are expected until the gel again.

Splitter must be the weakest man in the entire world. Mix in a squat every now and then.
Or maybe stop buying the ****ing flops ref. Do these guys have any inclination at all about player tendencies? Stop rewarding the flop.

 

Turnovers , terrible execution, horrible defense, poor coaching and some lucky shots by the Spurs. Lol it wasn't just poor free throw shooting.

 

And yet we were only down 1 at halftime. Both teams competed their butts off in the 1st half.

 

Harden also got screwed on 2 charges where his defender was moving.

Should have been a win...hopefully the team learns from this train wreck of a game and kicks the **** out of the wizards.
