EVERYONE flops. Until the league does something about it nothing will happen.

Totally right. They said the Spurs were too old after 2012 when they last beat Houston.

    Did that faze them? Nope.

The spurs went on to lose to houston, lose again, lose to the Rockets, get beaten again, be defeated, then get smoked again, and then GLORY tonight.

    Too old?

Lol, does a too old team lose 6 out of 7 over 2 years to your Houston Rockets? #idontthinksobro #spursway

I'm not a "Fire McHale" type, but he really did the Spurs a solid by choosing to start Smith and then rolling with a baffling short rotation keeping Canaan and Papanikolaou out of the game.

No. Why would we need to be reminded of that?

It's fun to be rivals. Talk trash. It's part of sports. Doesn't take anything away from the Spurs. Lighten up, Clutchfans.

Condolences to the NY Knicks who now have sole possession of the most futile against the Rockets title belt.

Congrats again to Pop and the Spurs for surpassing the Knickerbockers. #spursway

The defending Champs beat us in their own house and we sucked during the game.... Surprise? Nope. The season is still young and I smell blood in the air. What will happen next game? The suspense is killing me!

agreed every team flops but damn everyone on that the spurs team is a pro at it. from tiago needing a strecher after ever post up, to manu grabing ariza's arm. We need to add a head throw back, just not dwight or dorsey.

Good thread. We gave them this one as a late Christmas gift. Once our guys get settled in, we will own them and everyone else this season.

Congrats Spurs on your December-trophy. You know they were embarrassed getting swept by the rox last yr - championship or not.

It's so incredibly obvious how the league/refs alter games by their lack of quality/ consistent officiating. They suck soooo hard on flops - it's an embarrassment for the league

Ehhhh... its not like the Rockets haven't played with key players out (including last night's game). And SAN tends to rest players throughout the season.

The officiating was terrible especially those charging calls on Harden and Howard.
