Yeah, I would've done anything to get Lowry back..even if that meant no Parsons or Ariza, but just Brewer for example. A starting line-up of Lowry, Harden, Brewer, Smith & Howard would be awesome!!
Lowry dominated CP3. It ain't working for the Clippers. They need some kind of shakeup to generate a sense of urgency.
One of the reasons Lowry chose to stay in Toronto was because he was promised that this would be his team to lead (along with Demar). Don't think the Rockets could offer him that.
Yeah, me too. Even more so as Harden and Lowry could have co-existed easily IMHO. A backcourt rotation of Harden, Lowry and Bev would have been damn impressive.
What's going to make you guys stop pining for what we don't have?? Beverley is playing amazingly and looks like he really understands what this team needs him to do, and Harden might not have taken that next step to MVP-level play if Lowry were on this roster right now. Lowry is great, and I still regard him as one of my favorite non-Rockets/ex-Rockets of all-time, but we've got something pretty special here as well. And if Morey is able to add Dragic to the mix at the deadline, then we'd have that elite PG rotation for 48 minutes as it is.
Should help because we are just bigger. A big reasosn the Clips have had our number and OKC as well is because they have always just been bigger in the frontcourt. I think especially if we get Jones back we will finally be able to match our PF/Cs against theirs.
