Any player who disrespects his coach by throwing a towel on the coach's face in front of thousands should not be playing for the Rockets.

Did you not see when this Coach threw a ball to Mario Ellie's face intentionally when they won series against Phoenix? and won championship that same year. Horry just returned favors at that moment. This Coach has no moral respect to fellow players on this sports. That was good for him.

Let me school everyone on this one. We should definitely pick him up and here is why.... Not only is he a veteran and knows how to win. Ive always said it would be nice to have him back to get yao the ball. Horry is one of if not the best(other than webber) passing power forewards in the league. He delivered the ball to hakeem half his career and to shaq the other half. The reason yao didnt get many touches last year is because eddie coudlnt get him the ball. How many times did you see eddie turn the ball over last year trying to feed the post? Be honest. Then how many times did you see on the very next posession eddie not pass him the ball because he was afraid of turning it over. Everyone is thinking in terms of 1995. Hes not the same player but we dont need him to do the things he did in 95 either. The last thing we need on this team is a shooter and a scorer. Horry would be a great pick up for about 1 -1.5 million say for two or three years.

I think we are wasting time if we talk about 1.5 mil a year. Horry is not going to be that cheap! And honestly he deserves more than 1.5 mil a year and other teams will offer him more. I think there is a good chance that he will land on a MLE.

As an overall player, Horry certainly can't do as much as MoT, and it is arguable whether he is better than EG at this point as well. In fact MoT is a much superior offensive player, and believe it or not, EG is better offensively too, he both shoots better from the field and 3 point land than Horry does now. The 1 thing Horry IMO does do much better than those guys is play low block defense--which would be the primary reason I want him as an option off the bench.

I like Horry as or 2nd or 3rd PF but I seriously doubt he gets more than the vet minimum--which should be around 2 mil for a player his age. There are much better players than him that will not get the MCE. He is now longer really a starting caliber 4, but could be a very handy back-up.
