Not when you're playing like the best player in the world. Simply unstoppable.

Congrats on WB starting to step up and prove haters (like me)wrong, but he needs to keep this up while KD is away.

Could WB lead the league in scoring? He will qualify for games soon and it's around 29 points per game after today.

I don't know if it will drop much when Durant returns either.

If KD returns and rounds into form, WB's scoring will absolutely drop. Plus, they need to keep feeding Adams and Ibaka.

They're the elites of "everyone else" along with CP3.

The other 4 are from another planet.

Harden is playing better than all right now.

Don't take it for granted. I think we will see a slight decline in Brons game soon.

And why is Westbrook always SO mad LOL!?!

Harden is playing like the best player in the league right now and it's possible that he will be the star of the league in the next 4-5 years along with KD and Brow.

    After tonight's game?

In just 32 minutes per game, Westbrook is putting up 29 points, 7 dimes, 6 boards, 2 steals.

Harden has been playing at a high level (Curry has been better though), but Westbrook is simply out of this planet right now.

You should include Harden on that list especially the way he's playing (have you seen Blazers' game?)

But I see when you are comming from. Everyone of those four has their own special gift. Harden is "JUST" great

Reverse homerism? WB has 28 pts, Harden has 27 at a higher efficiency has way more assists, rebs while being guarded by taller and better players at the SG spot and yet WB is in the 2nd tier while Harden is in "everyone else"

WB has been great but nothing he's doing is earth shattering, even battling injuries Dwight has better impact right now(19 pts, 11 rebs, 2 blocks, rim protection), never mind Harden. Maybe because WB is flashier so when he breaks out you instantly think he's best ever, don't depend on the eye test too much.

Just looked up Stephen Curry' s production btw, he has been scoring 23 pts but at a mind numbing 62% TS, couple that with his assists he's been the best player this year if we only talk about offense. So as far as guards are concerned on offense its Curry, all around Harden and yet WB is in that 2nd tier along with Davis lol. Even Pillars can make a case he's producing at WB's level smh.

Are you comparing Dwight's impact to Westbrook's impact?

Who exactly is "taller and better at the SG spot" than Harden? Westbrook has to play against Parker, Rondo, Paul, Curry, Conley, Dragic / Bledsoe while Harden goes against...Kobe? Iguodala? Most of the time, Ariza takes the other team's best player too, so it's not like we're counting on Harden to do everything.

The fact that WB has to be about 95% of his team's offense when KD is out AND guard those ridiculous PGs, while putting up MVP numbers, is earth shattering.

I think he's just 100% amped, 100% of the time. SA fans probably hated him today lol.

First of all, I know you rarely watch WB if you think Harden is being guarded by taller and better players at the SG spot. You're like most who just watch the highlights and the talking heads who trash WB b/c they just look at his bad plays.

    1) The PG position >>>> SG position.

    2) WB is rarely guarded by opposing PGs. Case in point: today it was Green who was his primary defender. V. Portland, it was Matthews. So no, he's being guarded by pretty much the same tall players that Harden faces. Hell last yeari n the playoffs, Pop had to put Leonard on WB as the series went on b/c of how unstoppable he was; he put his best perimeter defender on WB rather than Durant.

Liliard/Parker/Curry... don't guard WB. They can't. Their coaches won't let them. Only PGs who guard WB for the entire game are CP3 and Wall. That's it.

    3) WB guards the opposing PGs. And the PGs are glutted with great guards that make you work all night (Liliard, Parker, Curry, CP3...). Harden NEVER EVER guards the opposing best perimeter player for more than a handful possessions a game. Do you know how much it drains you to run around pick and rolls all game guarding an elite perimeter player?

    4) Please, don't ever compare Dwight to Westbrook. That's an insult to WB.

Did you see the Curry v. WB matchup? Tell me when Curry has the balls to guard him more than 3 times in a game. If Curry did, he probably fouled in after a quarter. On the other hand, WB guarded Curry the whole game and still did what he had to do offensively.

Watch the game. It tells you a lot.

And you want stats? WB's PER right now is 33. Best PER ever in history? 31.82.

KD had Thabo last year to hide him defensively so he can focus primarily on offense.

The PGs WB face night in and night out while having to exert himself at 200% every night offensively is something to behold. He's definitely the player that is must see TV right now.

These are WB's PER 36 minute stat: 32 points, 7 rebounds, 8 assists, 2 steals. He's simply an alien right now.
