[CHRISTMAS] Good "holiday" desserts or recipes?

    The SwoLy family will host a [​IMG] Christmas party this year... and would like to offer a couple desserts.

    Post your favorite recipes or the name of a dessert you've had during the Christmas holiday... because I will try to make it.

    I am currently looking for the recipe for Peppermint White Chocolate brittle or chunks or truffles.

    Can use white chocolate or a marshmallow for the pom.
    Takes zero skill and they end up looking pretty. awesome.

    Some idiot relative will bring a jello mold "salad." I'm guessing it will be green.

    Been trying out the White Chocolate Peppermint Candy Bark... I don't think it's coming out as it's intended. :(

    Whoops, did not realize you were looking for "Christmas" desserts. Red velvet cupcakes/cake are a good idea for Christmas dessert as well.
