It also doesn't hinder you from getting Dragic by trade at the deadline. If Dwight could lure him here (I'd say we are about 33%), and Morey could pull off the Dragic Trade (which would look better because we could move TJ), we would absolutely have the best team in the NBA, on paper. Still gotta play up to the talent tho.

This kind of thing is nuts! I was NEVER for Josh Smith when he was a free agent. Josh Smith on a max contract is nuts! But Josh Smith for 2 million per year? You're nuts not to take him.
If we could get Josh(just don't let him shoot 3's) and keep D-Mo and T-Jones the front line would be complete. Low monetary risk, potentially high on the court return.
Rubio Dragic Shved Lin This site was a serious obsession with foreign point guards for some reason. Dragic is solid player. But you guys act like WB, CP3, Parker or Lillard won't have field day with his azz in the playoffs. As for Shved, he's been a horrible player in his 3 seasons in the NBA
Shved has much better tradeability. I think Black is probably the cut. Houston can offer the most with the BAE over Dallas or Miami and I rule out Sacramento completely. I think keeping the NOLA pick and packaging Shved and/or Papa and some filler (Dorsey or Capela) will easily land Dragic. Rockets could be looking at a team of Dragic/Bev/Canaan Harden/Terry/Johnson or Shved or Papa Ariza/Brewer/Johnson or Shved or Papa Smith/Motiejunas/Jones Howard/Dorsey or Capela That would be a momentual upgrade of the team that started the year.
I always said Jones game is very similar to Smith. I don't find it at all shocking, only when will this deal get done....jones is Smith lite.
