Yeah. That doesn't sound accurate. They typically have no idea what they are talking about. I know for me (I live in the Beaumont area) my zip code shows puts me in both the Houston and NO TV markets. I was thinking that may have something to do with one being blacked out.
This is the first time that DirecTV has royally pissed me off. How is support so clueless that they would continue to pedal that foolishness about blackouts, having no control, ticket sales. Etc That's a mf shame, I called three times. Smh. At least it's working now.
Log into your DirecTV account online. Search for "Refresh." Click on "Refresh Your Service". Then click button to refresh online. Worked for me
They told me some areas have it and some don't. Unfortunately I'm in one of the areas that doesn't have it tonight. Sickening
Signal refresh worked. The Directv operator refreshed my signal, channel now on. What a freakin hassle. We better win, lol.
I called Directv again and asked them to resend the signal. The customer service rep said he was just told that he has to resend the signal by a previous caller. My signal is working now and I am watching on 674. Thanks for your help everyone!
Hell I have uverse and every game has been blocked out and I don't even live near Houston. I'm in the San antonio region. Thank goodness for ballstreams
You have to call and tell tech to refresh signal. 1-800-531-5000. Then just hit 000 every time girl talks until your connected.
As great as a city as Houston is, I've never been to a city with local sports network that worked so hard to inconvenience local viewers. Just wow...
