Meh.. wearing a bench press shirt, belt, and crappy powerlifting form dropping the bar a whole three inches. She's obviously stronger than other 14 year old girls. But no way she can she bench press 300 lbs raw with normal form. I'd say she probably struggle to do a single rep of 45 + 35s on each side (205 lbs) doing the regular bench press form. I could see her do a rep of 45 + 25s, though.
