Miami is underachieving badly. They still have 2 all-stars, and a decent 3rd winger. They lack size, as they always have. but man do they look bad. They have gotten blown out quite a few times this year. And tonight by the Bulls with Rose looking awful.

They've been "underachieving" since last February. Riles should have blown up the team instead of buying 30 year-old Chris Bosh in a desperate bid to stay relevant. The spark is gone and they are doomed to mediocrity the next few years.

I think that is too simple IMO. I know some may think its a ridiculous statement, but I think AD is overrated as an MVP candidate. He puts up awe-inspiring numbers, but he doesn't produce wins. His teammates aren't the knuckle heads we thought they were.

Warriors better pull this out. For obvious reasons, Pels are one team I want them to beat.

Seriously f**k the Warriors I want them to lose. Pelicans will start to lose when Davis comes back. Pels win and they stifle the GSW media bukake.

I'm telling you what I saw when I watched Cavs v. Pels. There was zero sense of urgency after AD left with injury. Down by 10+ to start the 4th, Lebron was happily just toying with the crowd.

And it's great you judge after 1 & 3/4 of a game. I'm sure you're one of those that thought OKC is better without WB, or Bulls better without D Rose, or Heat better w/o Wade type of fans.

And like you said, it's not even 2 games. Sometimes players step up without star players. Can they sustain?

And it's also true opposing teams let their guard down when they face a team without its best player. It happens all the time.

If WB can sustain this historic pace for a PG, and KD returns to the level of last year, OKC is scary scary scray.

I don't understand why some of you want the pels to lose THIS game. It is much more likely that they will continue to lose games as opposed to GSW, so why not sacrifice ONE game?

Agreed. Don't we want the Rockets to have the best shot possible at the top seed in the West? That requires Golden State to lose once in a while.

Now that OKC is almost assured that 7th-8th spot I'm thinking nah. I want GSW to lose just 'cause not because I necessarily want that top seed.

It's entirely possible OKC moves up higher than 7th or 8th. It's a long season and they're playing great right now.

lets hope so. I think Rockets are good enough to stay in the top 4 spots. If the teams Rockets struggle against (OKC, Clippers) continue to slump there is a good chance Rockets will be matched up against them in the first round. I'm all for OKC and Clippers doing well.

Calling AD overrated as an MVP candidate b/c he missed 2 games is as ignorant as can be.

I'd rather have the Pelicans pick look better by the Pelicans lose more than having GS finally stop their ridiculous streak.
