Lillard didn't have the guts to tell TMac to wash his car before Lin did. That winning culture in LA really changed him.
Lin so alpha he's gonna have Kobe wash his Volvo next. I'm liking this version of Lin. He's shattering all Asian stereotypes. He's the real Yao.
I mean, I'm all up for being able to laugh at yourself but this is almost degrading for T-Mac to agree to do this commercial.
that is not a smart Tman post, that is another dumb borderline stereotype waisist post. That guy is clearly a new Asian face, not one that you have seen before (on screen).
man tinman, your hate of tmac is so irrational. yeah he quit on the team, the team that wasted his prime and never put the right pieces around him so he could get out of the first round in a stacked west.
I'm not sure what's worse, how old TMac looks in that commercial or the fact that people like this guy right here actually exists.
he never got past the first round when he was in the l-eastern conference either great players make their teammates better and show leadership. you can't win on raw talent in the nba. you need leadership. he was fully healthy against dallas and utah too. as i mentioned before, he only played 20 playoff games with the Rockets, people have completely exaggerated his tenure with the team.
Who did he have on his team during the playoffs in the leastern conference? Please, do tell. Also, he played his heart out vs dallas and yeah, he had a few bad games vs utah. So what? Yao was even more inconsistent in those series. We already knew that Tmac didn't have the qualities of leadership, so why would you blame him for that? Why don't we blame Yao for those same series? The fact is that your bias against Tmac for the way he exited has colored your perception of Tmac as a player here, and that is a shame.
there's no 'special exception' rule for tmac, which people made. he had vince carter. the year after tmac left, vince carter led the raptors to a playoff series victory and an epic 7 game series with iverson and the sixers. yao ming won a playoff series, yao was always the more important player, he never got traded , steve and yao did tmac only played 3 playoff series with the Rockets. thank goodness he got traded away for the rockets.

t-mac used his leadership to lead us to win 22 games in a row. what a great accomplishment in rockets history.
