Knicks had a good draft for 4s, but still lack a center presence.

Knicks still want to move Spree.

Knicks send Spree home to JVG. Rox send back Cato and Mooch.

Knicks save a little money (@15%) and get a D 5 with experience, + a chance to revitalize the once excellent Mooch.

It is doable, so do it.

I've hated the idea of the Rockets trading for Spree, but if all we give up is Cato and Mooch, then hell yeah I'm all for that trade. The Knicks can't possibly want to move him so bad that that's all they get in return. There's better offers from other teams I'm sure.

mmmmmmm...nothing's more exciting than a 33 year old who, having lost two steps, still makes over 12 million a year until he's 36.

Do you realize, that the Knicks would rather have ME on their roster, ACTIVE, as the 12th man, if it meant getting rid of Sprewell's contract?

In fact, I think the Knicks might very well prefer having me in the ROTATION to keeping Spree through the length of his contract.

I'm 6'5" too which means I'd be taller than any center on their roster.
