No sh... I heard that Shang Hai was a big, modern city but I didn't realize it looks like that! Houston is small town compared to that! On the other hand, in place like that and Yao can't find a trainer?!
I must not have paid much attention! My guess is the place has money? How come its best athlete ride to work on a bicycle?
i guess,if yao had a trainer just with him, the sitruration would be complex, the NT had their trainer. yao took care of the relationship with his nt fellows. they played together ,lived together . they lived almost like in a army(a joke), it is a very close relationship. it is easy to take a training plan back china, it is difficlut to find a trainer,or take a trainer back china.
The CBA and Chinese NT have plenty of trainers, you can be sure of that. It's just they are different from the American ones. In order to get Yao more competitive in the NBA he needs a American trainer. That simple.
Yao is scheming how he can take advantage of a 7'1" guy from Senegal with a 7'4" wingspan and 32" vertical leap to help him swat away anything close to the bucket and grab every rebound within 10 ft. of the bucket.... He stacks three Chinese guards on top of each other as a practice method....
Yao will be great and add weight, but remember, Hakeem or the Mailman didn't add their bulk over night, however... The Rox should have some trainer assigned to Yao shoving him protein shakes and hitting the gym ever freakin' day...
Recently saw an article on MSN listing world's most expensive cities to live: Tokyo, Moscow, Osaka, Hong Kong, Beijing, ..., New York City (first US city at No.10), Shanghai (No.11),...
When I was looking at the picture, I heard strange sound. I wondered where the sound came from for a few seconds then realized it was my growling stomach
droxford, i'm curious what program you used. i went from 6'4" about 165# to 6'4" and about 205# within a few months. of course, i was taking in massive amounts of calories and supplements + working out daily. i used a pyramid plan for the weightlifting, but i forgot exactly how i did it (weight v rep). anyway, i'm curious what you used, because it may be similar to what i did. you don't have to start a new thread for it in the Hangout, since i've been the only one to respond to your post so far. you can just email me at verse02@hotmail.com
Hey, I got the perfect diet for Yao to pump him up for next season. Move in with Shawn Kemp and have his chef prepare his meals.
Sage, I swam competitively for almost 4 years and I completely disagree with this. Swimming will not make Yao stronger than if he concentrated on just lifting weights. It WILL give him great endurance, which he definantly needs. But it will also burn calories like hell. If he swam as much as you'd like, he'd easily come back 15 lbs lighter by the start of training camp. Not good.
Yep. That is bad form. His forarm/elbow is not perpendicular to the basket. You should hold the ball to the right of your head, and put your left hand on the side of the ball.
Airlines should have direct flights between shanghai and houston. FYI, more pics of shanghai: http://www.skyscraperpicture.com/shanghai.htm
if you don't know, ShangHai and beijing makes most of the US city looks shabby, maybe in the exception of NY city. but if you been there, you will be like the dishes are not shanghainess style. it should be more like http://www.chinatips.net/english/culture/food5.html talking about my favorate: ShangHai river Crab, Lion head, Soy soure Ti Pang (Pork) with lot of fat on it DAMNNNNNNNNNNNNNN... pan Fried pork Bun ......... arghhhhhhh............hungry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Twin city concept is strongly suggested. Biz opportunities, trade routines, travelling, communication.. sky is the limit. Hope Shanghai and Houston have a tight relationship someday. FYI, Houston's pictures can be found in same site: http://www.skyscraperpicture.com/houston.htm
by the way, anybody been to Pu Jiang? it is the new area just developed in ShangHai. it kicks ass.. and Jian Mao Building.
