    Do you have to live within a certain geographic area to be able to watch the Rockets on Root Sports? I am getting the pregame show, but wondering if the game will be blacked out in my part of the world (outside of Texas). Guess we'll find out in a few.

    I think you'll get Astros games but not Rockets games.

    I think the Rockets area is only the Houston area, whereas the Astros have a much larger area where people in multiple states can watch Astros games.

    I'll take all your words for it..... I'm a damn Dish customer...but not for long.
    I called today to see my options for cancelling.
    So I live in Sugar Land...no Uverse out here...so I guess it's Xfinity or DirectTV......I HATE Xfinity..though I have their internet out here......
    So pissed......but hey....Texans won!!
