Defense comes through again. Thank goodness we had Beverley back, and thank goodness Harden is the superstar he is. We really needed him tonight. I really like our team.

    They're playing with heart.

I dunno why you guys showed so much hate for Steven Adams. He was a Rox pick for a reason. Got 6 blocks in 1 half. Show some respect.

FWIW, Memphis won a game 71-69, barely beat the Lakers, and beat this OKC team by 2.

I just watched the game again seeing I eat, sleep and breathe basketball and this game was really poorly officiated. There are always missed calls, but not this many. There are always travels, but they called them when it didn't happen. There are flagrants that happen but they missed them even on replay. Out of bounds on the wrong guys. Really, horribly officiated gamed.

I don't know why you quoted my post. There was nothing about Adams. But yeah he's pretty cool.

I really hope that the cause of these offensive lapses is that McHale is been stressing defense in practice, but my god, does that offense look horrible when the 3's and free throws aren't falling.

Worst I've seen since the Portland series. Seemed like the fix was in early on in that game, however, Houston did get a few calls their way in the 4th that were pretty important, so there goes that theory, lol.

I'm still not sure why Brooks didn't get T'd up when he ran onto the court during the Bev episode or why Ibaka got away with bulldozing through Ariza on the last shot... no way would Howard have gotten away with that.

Still, they found a way to win despite a lot of calls going against them and playing some pretty awful offense.

Umm, what? The only the involvement the Rockets had in him being drafted was that they traded the pick to OKC a year before.

I did not follow Memphis other than their record so I won't pretend I know what we are up against.

One of the best front court and a decent to good backcourt

    Go Rockets!

maybe you are just a hardcore fanboy but most of us see a major problem on offense and Mr. harden is sho0ting 37% from field and 28% from 3pt line. This trend started at the end of last season and playoffs and its still going on. His freethrows due to forcing contact has been his saving grace

lol, don't you know? Morey's expert advice for that pick was part of the Harden trade. Presti was on the fence until Morey offered that. Adams was our pick.

Last season I thought the same thing, but once they got Gasol back it was a different story. We beat them twice when they were really injured, but they beat us on back to back nights when they were healthy. The first night by one, and the second was a blowout.

Also, I think the Grizz have the best front court in the league.
The Warriors have the best back court.
The Rockets have the best wings with the addition of Ariza.

The Grizzlies have no holes in their defense. Every player is a scrapper. We will see how good the Rockets defense is tonight.

I hope the bench comes ready to play tonight. IF the bench can contribute at least 25 pts the team should win tonight.

i kept refreshing the box score on my phone, thinking no way it's the 4th quarter and points are in the 60's.
