I am not sure if you know what you are talking about.

    1) it was a 2 for 1 shot clock situation

    2) Hill got the ball and he could have waited for Lin to set screen for Kobe to get open, Kobe was guarded pretty tight in the corner

    3) Hill saw how open he was, so he took the shot. There was still time for another possession

You can argue Lin has low bbiq, but this is definitely not one of them

How the hell does so many Rockets fans who supposedly hate Lin suddenly know so damn much about the Laker's offense? HE'S NOT A ROCKET ANYMORE

I don't understand these kinds of posts. You won't change anything, or decrease people's interest.

    1. Maybe being interested in sports is pathetic, period.
    2. It's the NBA Dish, so your lecture is kind of like telling people in the Texans forum to quit being so obsessed by JJ Watt, because this is a Rockets BBS.
    3. The player is a former Rocket, and a controversial one. We often enjoy following former Rockets.
    4. If you're so much better adjusted and less "pathetic," why are you in this forum and in this thread at all?

Just let people have their interests. Or that's my take.

The moment Lin left Rockets, the term LOH finally made sense!

The Lin haters finally upgraded to LOH. How else would anyone on this board followed Lin to Laker forum, read his news, stats, and COME BACK here and trash him?

Don't forget LOHs have the highest post count in this thread too. ;)

Actually it was Kobe, Scott, and Hill death staring at Lin . I'm guessing there was a reason or maybe they're just haters.

Well f y'all, I for one enjoy watching the Lakers fail, it makes me warm and fuzzy on the inside to see how pathetic Kobe is getting paid a trillion dollars just to chuck up 30 shots a game and getting blown the f out everyday.

They were down by 3, so they were going for a 2-for-1 and had to get the first shot off before the game clock ran down to 24 seconds...he shot it at 28 seconds.

I'm with you. What's not to love. This is part of what NBA Dish is for.

Lin fans don't understand the concept of basketball fans, they believe you watch a game for one player. Their parents slapped them for wanting NBA League Pass because they are skipping Bible Study.

Plus we like telling stupid fans how stupid they are.

It's kinda funny when users who were here before Lin was here never had a problem with other players being followed in the Dish after they left the Rockets, but now that it is happening to someone you have an unusual fixation on, you have a problem with fans discussing other teams in the forum that is expressly designed for talking about players on other teams.(the NBA Dish)

or as B Bob put it so succinctly

get over it guys, Lin had an impact here and there are always gonna be people who take pleasure in seeing him fail, you or I can not stop that and you seem foolish for continuing to try.

and tinman, dont hit reply, I dont want to see whatever affirming babble you feel compelled to post in response to this.

The word "dish" implies juicy gossip to me, not highbrow analytics.

Sort of like "The Dish" hollywood tv show.

We're just doing what the we're supposed to. Stop yelling at us. :(

I check out Lin threads on Lakersground. . . . Why? 1) I enjoy seeing the Lakers lose. 2) I want to see my beliefs confirmed: I believe the same shower of crap that we experienced here is going to happen over there, the accusations of racism, Lin not being allowed to "create" or whatever, etc. It's highly enjoyable watching annoying Lakers fans battle annoying Lin fans.

A few months ago all the LOF's migrated over there and said all kinds of crap about CF Texas rednecks, etc. I want to watch how they start to curse the Lakers and their fans in the same way they trashed up this place and encouraged real Rockets fans to b**** every single day.

I dont understand why we have folks here complaining about Lin being discussed in a thread titled "Jeremy Lin as a Los Angeles Laker" which is located in *gasp* NBA dish where we discuss 'Whats going on elsewhere in the NBA?"

Thats like walking into a restaurant and complaining about folks sitting and having dinner.

    Sensitive bunches, Insecure much?

Clutch was generous. Tolerated their shenanigans and let b**** and moan.

The other place pretty much wiped them out pretty fast.

If you want to hear them b**** and moan towards the Lakers you will have to go to Jeremy Lin fan sites. But we warned, you will come across some really obnoxious personalities.

Penultimate page of the Lin thread over there: 14/20 posts are from people who joined after July 2014.

    And they're still dissing us:

That's just from today. Do I enjoy seeing these posters make excuses for Lin after their perpetual losses? Yes I do.
