I really couldn't tell anything from the few minutes he played. Looking forward to seeing him get big minutes as a Viper.

Definitely. He probably needs some work in the D League and weight room, but this game is not really very informative for what he could become.

Unfortunately DMO has not taken advantage of this opportunity he's been given with Jones out. Getting rid of a tough guy like Jeff Adrien is going to be felt later in the the season.

Slow and always out of position. DMO at least knows where to be. Capela needs D-League training then lets see how he does next year compared to Dmo

Perfect example of box score not really saying much.

Not defending DMo but the guy does good things like rotating, being well positioned, closing out on shooters etc on the defensive end and keeps the ball moving offensively.

DMo is better than Capella at this point which should be no surprise.

He played for 5 minutes..........you have no idea if he sucks or not. Had the same stat line as Dmo and Dmo started.

No, he does indeed suck right now.

He does have a ton of potential and he does need a lot of work, so just because he sucks now doesn't mean he won't get better and become something down the road.

definitely needs time in the D league for a year or so at minimum. he's way too small and raw right now. you can easily tell on the court how uncomfortable he is in an nba game.

Capella looks like a college freshman out there. Awkward. But so did Dmo. I don't have high expectations after that run. He'll need a running hook or something to be effective. But it's ok to have a project on the team. I think he learns more here than in the D league by going against better players in practice.

Please explain to me how he is a "bust" in November of 2014.... HIS FREAKING ROOKIE YEAR???? You do realize that it was Clint Capela's first game to step foot on the NBA floor right?

You do realize that the Rockets do groom rookies quite often off the court in their first year. Remember Terrence Jones... Is he a bust... Does Phoenix think Marcus Morris is a bust? Is D-Mo? I don't even know where to be begin with this logic of thinking.

How would an actual real true NBA sized big man who can impact the game defensively with his length and athleticism be a bad thing for this team? Who cares if he's a two way player right now in his first game as a rookie in the NBA?

Serious question... what are you REALLY expecting from Clint Capela in year one??? LaMarcus Aldridge??? Have you guys lost your mind? You are better than this Daywalker. Call a spade a spade.

This is is a really young foreign kid logging his first NBA minutes in garbage time after not even being a part of pre-season rotations.

    He's uncomfortable. Check.
    He's unpolished. Check.
He's a deer in the headlights. Check.

And some people have already leapt to judging his career trajectory from this. Interesting.

    Patience, rest in peace.

At least the young fellow doesn't have those skinny chicken legs. I thought he would be thinner than he turned out to be. A project and way too early to tell anything about him, in my opinion.
