He had 5 fouls in 13 minutes and was a -4. He also only had one rebound in those 13 minutes. For me, that doesn't qualify as playing okay.

But I know he's better than he's been playing this season so I'm hopeful that he'll turn it around. He looks like a stud in Summer League when Charlie Villanueva is matched up against him, but he needs to take a step forward this year and produce. We need him to.

he still hasn't adjusted to the NBA and some people are actually trying to put down TJ even though he's improving and even more so to start off the season. Dmo over TJ, yeah you can put that to rest which could have been done a long time go.

I've been hoping he develops for years now but He has looked like **** the last few games despite getting minutes. He still does get ****ed by the refs on fouls sometimes but other times he just deserves it. And he can't grab a rebound I swear every time he fumbles one I want to smash things.

the excuse for dmo's suckage last season was that he wasn't getting enough playing time to develop his skills and get up to nba speed. now the excuse for him looking worse than zan tabak is that he's getting too much court time!

How many "solids" has he done? Royce White and...?

Didn't take one of Lin or Asik like many thought.

He has looked very disinterested in my opinion. Maybe he can shape up but I don't see any reason for the way he's playing. I'd rather have Tarik Black out there right now for sure.

he's disinterested cause he doesn't get minutes

he's got game he just needs to slow it down a little bit

he's still raw as hell u have to think if it will change or if he is a moveable asset

Seriously though, you seen how fast the Rockets got rid of Maurice Taylor when he played like crap? Maurice Taylor's already past his prime years due to laziness after signing a fat contract with the Rockets is better than current D-Mo today.

Pierre Jackson is unofficially heralded as a Summer League, D-League legend, yet an NBA team still won't pick him up.

Darius Johnson Odom is a D-League scoring threat and the Lakers still don't want him.

Lonny Baxter looked like prime Charles Barkley in Summer League, but did absolutely nothing in the NBA.

Terrence Jones Looked like prime Kobe in D-League and Summer league games, and actually had a solid rookie season, but regressed year after year after his rookie season due to a bad attitude and having a huge ego problem.

I'm pretty sure he wanted 2 1st round picks to take on Lin while LA only asked for 1.

I guess the start D-Mo over TJ noise is dead...

I doubt it. As soon as he scores 10 points and grabs 6 rebounds it will be back. That's all it seemed to take last year for people to start saying he was better. The expectations for D. Mo are so low and the desire for him to succeed is so high that he need only look somewhat competent as an NBA level player to get people excited about him again. 7 footer that can run with nifty post moves. Never mind that he isn't consistently able to get and hold post position to even get to use his moves, almost all his shots are taken falling away from the basket (dude, you're a legit 7 footer!), still can't shoot a lick, is ground bound offensively and defensively while barely jumping for rebounds, is a foul machine, and falls down on the ground constantly like a rookie year Yao Ming. I wanted so badly for this guy to be our new Scola. D. Mo, what the hell happened to you?
