I don't know, that 40 point blowout we had on the Jazz a while back was pretty damn satisfying. That wouldn't have been nearly the same against the Pistons or something.

Warriors, need to shut down those two over privileged sharpshooters. Bogut needs to have his mouth shut too, he has dreams of being a tough guy. David Lee, the other stat producing I don't make my team better a la Kevin Love guy.

Dallas #2, they think they can out gun other teams and they need to realize they are 1st round fodder.

Dallas, just because their fans are such assholes.

OKC, Dallas, Portland, and Clippers. We haven't beaten the Clippers in a while but I still don't dislike them as much as OKC and Dallas. Portland I don't dislike, we've always had a good rivalry with them but we do need revenge for the playoffs. And of course beating Utah every chance we can get.

Calling it now. Parsons-Ariza get into a scuffle on Nov. 22nd. Both will get T'd up.

As much as I would like to see the Rockets obliterate the Mavericks, I would want them to do it to San Antonio. Defeating such a highly regarded team in a dominating fashion will send a message to the rest of league that these Rockets are not last years, and they are ready to take the next step to title contender.

why didn't you list the Clippers, biggest challenge last year.
It would vindicate the Rockets progress.

    There is nothing sweeter than:

    A. Beating the team that stole one of your premier players
    B. Beating an in-state rival
    C. Beating a team that leaped frogged over you in expectations
    D. Beating a team led by an egotistical owner who disses your GM

I chose Portland because I prefer to reserve "hate" for playoff rivals. Just when the NBA stopped showing Brandon Roy's buzzer beater, we now have eternal reruns of Lillard rising up over Parsons to endure for several years.

I hate the Mavs and Spurs, so so so much. But I'd really like to see the team beat down on Golden State. That team is so wildly over-hyped. KT just got a monster deal undeservedly (it's contracts like his, Haywards, Parsons, Burks, etc. that cause owners to rationalize lockouts - non-top 10 players getting trucks of money, even though they sign off on those deals), and Curry is an excellent player, but the rest of that team is a yawn, and for some reason, they're a favorite among a lot to come out of the west, which I think is absurd. They don't have any depth in terms of playmaking.

Knicks, only because I have tickets to see them at MSG in January. Aside from that all the usual suspects Dallas, SA, Clips, OKC when they get back to full strength.

I believe the Rox already tied the most threes in a game record against GS in a blow out a couple years ago. Mark Jackson had his guys intentionally foul to stop the three point attempts at the end.

There are only 3 choices to this question every year: Mavs, Jazz, Lakers. That's it, fix the poll =P

Anyway, this year's it's the Mavs, all day, cuz we just crushed the other two already =)
