The Dream needs to score 592 points in order to pass Oscar Robertson into 7th place on the all time scoring list. Do you think this is possible? Will Hakeem score 592 more points?

I think it's probable that he'll get 592 more points. Especially since he's talking about playing for a couple more years. All he needs to do is average 8 points for 74 games and he'll get it. I hope his health won't be so weak that he cant play in 74 games in the next 2 years so I think he'll make it to 7th on the scoring list.

I think he'll make it. Just a note on how awesome Dream's career has been so far. Before this season started Dream was in the top 10 of all time in all of these catagories:

    Total points scored

    Total blocks

    Total rebounds

    Total steals

    Total minutes played

    Total field goals made

The only other major offensive catagory that he's not really in is assists.

Before last season began & his health hampered him, if he had just averaged close to his career averages last year & this one, he would have been in the top 5 in all those catagories. If he plays a couple more years, stays healthy, & gets starter minutes, I believe that he can still do it.

If we had it to do all over again & could know what we know now, I'd still have taken Dream over MJ.

    Thanks Dream.

I wouldn't go as far as to say I'd do it all over again....I mean, we owe him everything, yeah, I know....But MJ is definately more valuable....He's the best ever....On the other hand, Dream is arguably the best at his position.....Only person I really see eclipsing MJ is Kobe....But I don't know if I'd do it again....
