If I was hunting something, I wouldn't just shoot the **** out of it and ruin potential meat yield. They weren't just trying to kill people. They wanted food. Also, bullets are way too valuable to waste in this world to just start shooting up the place. When they got close to the school was pretty much the exact time that Gareth and company went to the church. Rick's group could've seen them leave (remember they had at least one night vision scope) and followed at a safe distance behind them. And Rick didn't want to just pounce immediately. You want your enemy to feel like they're firmly in control right before you ambush.
Maybe Daryl did too. I completely forgot about Beth's existence until last episode when Daryl mentioned it.
They knew they were being watched. So it was all part of the plan. They made several references of people on patrol feeling as though they were being watched. Also, they made it seem like Daryl and Carol were not alone at the end of the ep. Pretty intrigued as to what this could be. Maybe they found Beth and the show is going to backtrack on Beth's storyline. Can't wait to watch it. Great season so far.
Regarding Maggie & Beth, during the season premeire, Daryl clearly tells Maggie about Beth in the first 5 minute while they were finding/sharpening weapons in the box. They tied up a lot of loose ends, don't know why some of you are so harsh on this show. It's a zombie show, that should already prepare you for a state of disbelieve. Why complain about a little rocket shouldn't be able to ignite the tank when you buy into the theory that the rotting flesh can roam the earth? Just sit back and enjoy the mindless carnage, if it is not for you then just watch something else.

well if thats the case, I'm pretty sure we all know whats gonna happen. They always kill a black character off when they give another one screen time.
I don't think Jack is going back to the others. They need him to remain with the group to be their quasi leader etc.
I don't get this. Didn't they come out of the woods next to the church, as soon as Rick's group passed them? Gareth's group was already there at the church.
i read that the hot maid (young version) from AHS is going to be on also. maggie will have some serious competition now.
Enjoyed the episode!! Rick has gone so far in the deep end so it will be interesting to see where the show takes him this season. Sascha certainly has more balls than Tyresse. The guy who played Gareth wasn't "villainy" enough but he was eye candy so I'll take it.
Love this season so far, the show nearly lost me last season. But this one has been great so far. The confrontation scene @ the church, and laughing @ tainted meat.....great scenes.
