    Jeremy Lin would be Peter Best except Asian and a crusader for Jesus... and not very good at the drums or basketball... and turnover prone.

    well, all the fan girls would suggest Paul.

    But then his fragile psyche and heavy self criticism would suggest more the moody introspective John.

    I don't see Lin as part of a group like The Beatles or One Direction.

    He's more of a great solo performer.

    They say Paul couldn't act very well (i.e. in all the movies which the Beatles made) because he was "too self conscience". Meanwhile John just in general went out and kicked a**, not caring what people thought. For that, and for now, Lin is Paul. Kobe is John. He's the team leader, and face of the franchise, not Lin.
