The Texans would probably not be favored to win in Atlanta, and would probably only be small favorites to win in Cleveland. I don't get why you're so high on the Texans and so low on everybody else. What the hell have the Texans done to make you think they stand head and shoulders above these other teams, especially in their houses? (which is where the heart of these comparisons has stemmed from)
I think we are better too...but we have to prove that on the field. I like the direction we are going, but until we can have some really solid wins against quality opponents, then it's hard to say we're an above average team.

I really don't think we have to worry about getting outcoached by Jason Garrett.... Like I said at the beginning of the year, we will lose some games this year but I don't think many of them will be because we were outcoached. Aside from that 3rd and long call that resulted in an INT against the giants, I can't think of another instance of BOB making a dumb coaching decision this year.
Gotta love the NFL. Where you're only as good as your last game. Cowboys looked great beating up on an unprepared Saints team thinking they'd run right over that Cowboys D. Murray will come back down to earth, more worried about Dez. Cowboys spending this week getting permits for their Super Bowl parade so don't prepare. Texans win 30-10.
Every win is a quality win Donny. And by your definition the Cowboys doesn't either, The Saints 1-3, Rams 1-3, and Titans 1-3. So please show me a quality win. Bwhahahaha P.S. I really don't understand why it's so hard for Texans fans to pick their team to win. Yes the Cowboys are playing good football but they are not an elite team. Every year they a pumped up but yet they remains a mediocre team. Last week most were picking the Bills to win and what happened, LOL we won. Texans 24 Cowboys 20
Don't the Cowboys have to prove themselves as well rezdawg? Them jokers been playing in the mediocrity field for a hot minute.
And in week 3, not one person picked the Giants to win...and we lost. There is nothing wrong with people thinking the Cowboys will win at home, being favored by 5.5 points. Odds are, the Cowboys win. I dont think there is any fan here that is hoping that happens.
Uh, that's what NO did and you know how well THAT worked out for them. Do NOT discount the Cows' passing game because it is legit. Romo is lightyears ahead of Fitzpatrick in terms of ability and experience and he has Witten, Bryant, Beasley & Williams to throw to while their OL is better than the Texans' OL at pass protection. PLUS, their ace RB is on a tear while BabyDaddy has come up lame (again). Finally, Garrett isn't calling the plays anymore so you can't count on his screwing this up. Sorry, but all signs point the Cows way - things haven't looked this good for them in 4 years. I am certain that BoB & Crennel know exactly how to take down the Cows - it remains to be seen if the Texans can execute their plan successfully.
Yeah, Ive mentioned that the Cowboys are an average team. But, as Ive also said, their strengths and weaknesses match up well with us. They run well and we suck at stopping the run. Everything else (Their passing vs our pass defense...our passing vs. their pass defense...our running vs. their run defense) can go either way.
Andre Johnson needs three catches to move into 11th place on the all-time receptions list. He needs 77 receiving yards to reach 13,000 for his career. ^^This^^ I sooooooo hope the Texans win this one, but it would be very hard. Murray's seriously running these days, and the Cowboys are rarely throwing now (hence Witten's lack of production) Honestly I see the Cowboys winning 24-17. But man, I hope I'm wrong. I really, really hope I'm wrong, but I just haven't seen our Offense look good yet this year.
Nope, the default for a lot of Texans fans is to assume that the other team is better, even when the evidence doesn't support that assumption. We have great fans.
Looks like most of America will be watching this game. A statement win + humiliation of Dallas would be so sweet.
You guys are sleeping a bit on the Cowboys defense... I was pessimistic at first but there are some positive things going on. Young players like Ro McClain, Sterling Moore, Tyrone Crawford are emerging. Spencer looked decent last week and should knock off rust over the next few weeks. I couldn't believe my eyes at first but after watching all 4 dallas games they are better than I expected them to be. I expect them to handle the Texans fairly easily. Just my personal opinion is that Dallas is the better 3-1 team.
