I don't know California laws, but anyway, seems like someone was complaining and called the cops, as they explained, so I think to immediately call them racist and so on was unwarranted.
Are you really unaware that it's illegal to have sex in public? Go have sex in your local public school's parking lot and let me know how that works out for you.
The story sounded ridiculous to begin with, so I'm not surprised there was more to it than a cop demanding to see an ID for a black person because he was racist. Not that there isn't racism and not that there aren't racist cops, but it just sounded bogus. I would think genuinely racist cops would do worse things than just ask someone for an ID.
After listening to the audio, the actress is completely out of line. The cop acts very professional. Chick is nuts and is full of drama. Also, she initially lies to the officer by saying they were just sitting in the car and then when she goes coocoo she admits to "making out with my f***ing boyfried" in front of the studio.
And lol, multiple eyewitnesses now say they were having sex in the car and even cleaned up with a tissue after. Hahahaha. I'm with the poster above. I think this may have been staged by this actress and her F list celebrity chef husband to get attention.

I have to agree with this gentleman. teh secks in car is a must try, unless you have a small hatchback or a 2 seater. However, I must advise not to fap on the road when you're in a small car and surrounded by bigger, taller cars that can look down on you.
