Coach K is maybe the greatest BB coach ever all time. Pop is good though but he would be an assistant coach to K.

NBA Championships are infinitely harder to win than College Basketball or International.

Coach K made Austin Rivers a successful player. Not even Pop could do that.

I hope you're attempting to do what your name suggests because this is just dumb. You do realize many players are successful in college yet end up being busts right?

Could Coach K have beaten Miami this year with the same roster? Exactly, that's why I voted Milkhair.

Unless you luck into drafting one of the top 10 players of all-time.

Combine the two and what do you get? K-Pop. That's right. World domination.

Really? To win something out of hundreds of programs with all sorts of randomness in a one-and-done tournament, versus possibly assembling some of the best players out of 30 teams and having 7 games at a time to fine-tune and respond to situations?

I've never thought about it, but it's not obvious to me that an NBA championship is "harder," never mind "infinitely."

It's definitely harder to win a championship in college with your average Duke roster than it is to win an NBA championship with Jordan or Lebron on your team. (I know, Pop hasn't had those guys, but that's not the can of worms you opened.)

Coach K is good for young players.

Pops would not have the patience to coach up a mercurial Cousins or Harden (when harden is off) or Rose getting back from injury.

it is definitely harder to win in the NBA because of the salary cap restrictions as well as much harder competition. In college they can recruit whoever wants to go there...
