I use http://www.emuparadise.org/emulators/systems.html to get my emulators (warning: tons of popups), and I use http://www.thenationnet.com/index/roms2 to get my ROMs (warning: lots of p*rn adverts). Both these sites are great, but what I'm wondering is if I can get Sega Saturn emulators/ROMs anywhere. I'm not looking to get PS1 or PS2 emulators or anything, because I can just go out and buy those games. But I can't find a Saturn to buy in Sacramento, and I don't want to pay $30 for a $10 product to be shipped via eBay. The reason I want one is so I can play Panzer Dragoon, Panzer Dragoon Saga, Nights, and Shining Force III. It's a likely scenario that I just can't get Saturn ROMs or emulators anywhere, because in general the system sucked and it was obscure (duh). Whether they exist or not, confirmation either way would be appreciated.
I would try Kazaa lite. I've never looked for Saturn stuff but I know you can find working N64 emulators off there.
Kazaa is horrible for EMUs and ROMs. Here is a Saturn EMU page. http://www.zophar.net/saturn.html ROMs are a little harder to find. I haven't used emulation in about a year. I used to go to Angel Roms, it was the most dependable site. http://www.aroms.net/
