I know that the Knicks are doing rather well, but the way they play just seems a little stupid to me. They are convinced that they are a halfcourt team, even though all their personel points to a running team. I thought they got rid of Ewing to improve their running game. What happened? Anyway, this should be an interesting matchup for the Rockets? What's going to happen? I think the Rockets will stuff the Knicks, and win 101-86. The record will not be broken. gr8-1, are you being sarcastic or what? I never got what you mean! Anyway ...... I hope for the Rockets to play like they did last night in Toronto. I mean, if they can play like that on a nightly basis, we'll be in the playoffs when May comes. Prediction: 99-88 Rockets ------------------
Glen Rice their new defensive intimidator --he must be the reason for their record setting defense -- will have no answer for Franics and Mobleys unforgiving offensive repertoire. Rockets Knicks 104 89 ------------------
if rice plays decent minutes than the rockets win. if he sits, the knicks will trounce us. we have no answer for Spree, and houston is too tall and good for our guards. but I think rice is supposed to play so we will win by 7 peace ------------------ Hanta-Force Paintball http://www.hanta-force.com
Of course it's sarcasm. Do you think anyone actually believes Mobley will ever lead the team in assists? Rockets win 96-91 ------------------ Kenny Thomas had a foul called on him in the Western Conference Finals. [This message has been edited by Dogbelly (edited January 10, 2001).]
Knicks win 86-80. Houston and Sprewell torch our defense for 20+ points each. ------------------ My dream job is to be a Houston Rockets towel boy.
Rice hurt his foot again in yesterday's practice. I don't think he's going to play. I have tickets, so I will be in the stands tomorrow night! Woo Hoo!!! ------------------ 'Deeds, not words, shall speak me.'

Expect isos. If Allan Houston is on Francis or Mobley, both will be able to blow by the slower Houston with ease. Hitting our open shots is the key. 93-90 Houston ------------------ The Serious Police are watching. Follow the rules or be assimilated. Shandon is underrated.
I expect a win. I don't care how we get it. ------------------ RealGM Rockets Draft Obligations Summary Gafford Art Artisan
Spreewell is overrated in my book. The guy has a nice rounded game, but I dont think he will hurt the rockets. Whoever said Allan Houston was too tall and GOOD for our guards, I disagree. New yorks guards are too slow to contain our guards ------------------
Rockets will win, Francis and Mobley will put on a amazing show for Madison Square Garden. ------------------ President of the Moochie Norris fan club.
I see the Rockets pounding it in to Taylor for this game plus of course Stevie and Cat's speed as stated above.Shandon will be key as we seem to get torched by good swingmen at times. All in all though I say Mo has a BIG night and the Rockets pull out a close one.Hmmmmm........94-91-good guys...20 and 10 for Mo ------------------ [This message has been edited by hardwood (edited January 11, 2001).]
Okay!!! Its off to the nearest bar to get primed for the game. If you see a guy in a Blue University of Edinburgh sweatshirt on TV, it ME!!!!!!! Go Rockets! ------------------ 'Deeds, not words, shall speak me.' [This message has been edited by mc mark (edited January 11, 2001).]

Knicks 83 Rockets 69 They follow their best game of the year with their worst game of the year, and I blame ROCKET RICH for keeping them out late!
