Nothing personal, but "word on the street" doesn´t sound even remotely close to a trusted source if you ask me. I´m not saying outright that you are lying, but the reality is that you´re a just putting up together a lot of scattered info we already had acess to and making it sound like you are an "insider" of sorts. except the story about webber liking houston, but you could´ve made that one up, i guess. sorry,i´m not buying. ------------------ "I have posted so much that what I say must be true" [This message has been edited by Thanos (edited January 11, 2001).]
Thanos -- I wouldn't be so quick to jump ROCKET RICH NYC... he's passing along info from an experience we wouldn't know about otherwise. RRN -- thanks for passing that along. Don't doubt it in the slightest. ------------------ NOTHING BUT .NET CLUTCHCITY.NET
I don't understand why people think Webber would come to Houston. We're not a title contender, not yet anyway. We are a playoff contender, but Sacramento is a title contender and can offer more money. NY is a title contender and fits his style better. Same with Phoenix. I just don't see Webber coming here. I'm more concerned with getting a talented, multi-facet SF in here. Oh by the way Rich, interesting post, hope something big is coming down! ------------------ "I have a scale at home and it only goes up so far, I love that scale!" - Charles Barkley TNT Studios [This message has been edited by RocksMillenium (edited January 11, 2001).]
Thanos, ROCKET RICH isn't acting like he's anything he's not. Thanks for the "work" man, any info is good info.
All right. I take back what i said then. You have my apologies, RRN. Guess it´s all Bob Rainey´s fault. Too many pretenders sometimes makes it hard to figure out the real thing. Nice to know you´re still alive and well clutch. ------------------ "I have posted so much that what I say must be true"
