    Charge makes no sense. He's a roommate -- how do you burglarize your own apartment? Did he use his roomate's kitchen knife? And why isn't he charged with something like, I don't know, attempted murder or assault with a deadly weapon? Dude must have a good lawyer.

    UPDATE:
    Apparently they were NOT roommates. The guy in bed with the 2 girls was a guest in the house. The 2 girls were the roommates. The stabber allegedly broke into the room weeping, holding his laptop in one hand, and with a stolen breadknife in his other hand (hence little damage). As he was stabbing at the man, he was sobbing and saying 'she was mine'

    Having a difficult time deciding if this was a tragedy or a beautiful story. If I had a choice on how I my life will end, dying while having a 3some is up there on my list.
