    In one of my leagues 12th place has to pay double the buyi-in. Just to keep the guys at the bottom motivated to be competitive all the way through the season.

    Im on the league, where the last place, has to use the next season "THE BIGGEST LOSER" as a team name.

    I think my league is looking for something that lasts until the next fantasy season. Something embarrassing they have to do often... it has to at least last a little while so perhaps a "picture of the loser blowing a dick-shaped squash" haha
