Right on! I've been waiting to watch this one for a while. 7 tonight on the Discovery Channel. (creationists might want to leave the lights on) crap, forgot the link, http://dsc.discovery.com/convergence/cavemen/cavemen.html
Cavemen or no Cavemen .......looking at another man's schlong is not what I expect to see when clicking on a thread.
hmm, looks pretty interesting, i'll probably watch. codell's got a point though. now someone really needs to start a hot girl thread w/pics and soon.
Well, I will say this. If Cavemen knew how their endowdness would be portrayed in the future, they might be a little bit insulted. However, as always , there is a logical explanation for everything ................................. Jerry: I think women know about shrinkage. George: How do women know about shrinkage? (They see Elaine walking down the hall) Elaine! Get! (She enters) Do women know about shrinkage? Elaine: What do you mean, like laundry? George: No. Jerry: Like when a man goes swimming... afterwards... Elaine: It shrinks? Jerry: Like a frightened turtle! Elaine: Why does it shrink? George: It just does. Elaine: I don't know how you guys walk around with those things. PS - I thought the board was entitled to a moratorium on Seinfeld quotes since numerous threads have been hijacked. However, this was too good to pass up. Please forgive me.
Is this made by the same guys who did 'Walking with Dinosaurs', and those other series? If so, it should be very good. I'll check it out, once it comes to Australia.
That MIGHT have been better had someone other than a Baldwin narrated... Regardless, I thought it was pretty bad...
Hmmm. There's infinite possibilites I could do with the cavemen, the fake Olsen twins picture and YoYao. ...but I won't........
holy crap!!!! give us a !@#! warning will ya?! I am on the internet at work...(i work at a junior highschool...in SAUDI ARABIA!! ....geezz....the firewall and such...)
I enjoyed it, kinda interesting to imagine the way the world was back then and how much it has changed.
They ought to up-date the show and make it Like "Clan of The Cave Bear"...I swear the author had another career as a p*rn writer--anyone read the books? Jean Auel I think.
It was not too shabby, a decent amount of scholarship mixed in with a lot of hypothetical. But I thought that those dudes in the pictures (i think that was homo ergaster) would be a little blacker than they were no? I don't think there's any evidence either way, but it seems to me that, living out in the sun for a million years, that melanin and pigment would have evolved or would that be later?
