I agree people are way too optimistic about him. I expect him to struggle, he's got to make a huge adjustment from the Euroleague to the NBA, everything from playing more games, different rules, better competition. It'll be a credit to him if he starts contributing anything by the All Star game. I also don't buy the flexibility/trade chip argument as to the reason we got him, someone on the Rox staff thinks he can play so we'll see.

He may have to develop a pump fake. His release is pretty quick. Grabs and fires. So if he's accurate he'll have defenders jumping quickly. Just from what I've seen I think he's a better shooter than Parsons.
Yeah, I think Kostas is on par with guys like Parsons and Hayward in terms of athleticism. It's not out this world athleticism, but definitely in the "average to slightly above average" category.
Agree, saying he has Jared Dudley level athleticism is just silly and shows you haven't seen him play. For anyone who's curious go watch some highlights of the Fiba Championship game and see the defense this kid puts up against players like AK47. His game is definitely very translatable in terms of the NBA. Ariza + Papa >>> Parsons
