Motiejunas: Dwight Howard and James Harden eat separately from rest of Rockets

That story was on PTI, they just acknowledged that those quotes were taken out of context and both Howard and Harden have denied this story.

 

LOL ESPN just apologized on air saying they misquoted DMO.

 

For cryin out loud DMO.

 

wow sad to see the state of journalism these days, most of the current mainstream media is a joke.

 

What good will that do. Those scumbags already did the damage.
They can repent by running a positive TRUE story about the Rockets, but they won't do that.

 

For no reason right, the media just randomly comes up with stuff against the rockets even tho players, the GM has said & did things himself ?

 

Well, this "story" certainly backs that up. The media just made stuff up and ran with it with no verification outside of some random dude on twitter.

 

I knew it. The media has been really hating on Rockets this summer. Cuban has been paying someone off and it finally backfired.

 

Yeah and no in reference to a lot of comments here media just F*%#s over rockets since last year they never talk about us best team in west sag clippers, okc, spurs etc. then we lose 1st round "what was to talk about ?

I can go on and on just saying I understand people are diehard fans but stop acting like people are out to get the rockets, when your GM runs his mouth more than any GM without backing it up by playoff success, when u have the biggest no D flopping player like harden, & when Howard a much hated player BEFORE HE EVEN CAME HERE still doesn't get out the 1st round and leaves a big market team like LA to come to Houston to win, that is just what comes with the territory " Howard's been hated since MAGIC" that won't change until he gets a ring.

Rockets will get respect when they make it out the 2nd round becauss they have 2 stars period.

 

Crazy how all of the sudden the media is trying so hard to make Harden/Howard look bad. Don't get it.

 

I know everybody says "don't care about the media", but it sucks watching your team unfairly dragged through the mud all the time.

He should be mad. They are totally using him to hate on the Rockets because that seems to be in vogue nowadays. I hope this helps tone it down.

0 but my season tickets run me $4300 for me and my girl, it's not about this comment it's about what I've seen fans say here the last years, it's like everybody's out to get the rockets. But that's BS, wins talk... Especially with HOWARD, lebron hate was real until he won also.

 

After seven pages of posts, we now know the posters who don't know that DMo likes to joke around in interviews, and that the source of the twitter "quotes" was inevitably going to be a complete misinterpretation of one of those DMo moments of being funny.

 

The amount of glee PTI had with this "story" was pretty sickening. They couldn't wait to trash Dwight, Harden and the Rockets.

Well now that this has gone public I dare say DMo will not be invited to dinner. And if stars don't like a wanna be role player, that player is out.

I think DMo is traded before the deadline.
