Shouldn't this be directed at Harden?

 

Okay Parsons just needs to STFU. Harden was seen and projected as an elite talent, that's why he was picked 3rd overall for goodness sake. I admire Parsons hard work to get to where he is today but he was never seen as an elite talent and he still isn't elite at anything. Parsons PR people need to tell him to simma down at this point. He got his big contract, now let your game do the talking.

 

goodness parsons is an idiot. He thinks because he goes from houston to dallas he's going to be the superstar of the team? You have dirk and Tyson or are both inline in front of you, just like you had Harden and howard ahead of you here, and he thinks coming to Dallas he's going to break out and be amazing? LOOL

In that interview...Parsons basically gave McHale credit for his way of thinking. McHale told him to ignore what people say and just use their doubts as motivation. :facepalm:

McHale is exactly right. Is he suppose to tell his player "You are a second round scrub, don't try to be more than a mediocre role player"?
