Fans do forget about Harden and Howard... and young developing players and we will see how Ariza fits. Some of it is Morey's fault for constantly talking about trades and a third star. Regardless, the Rockets will eventually get a third star and other moves.... But sitting and agonizing about it isn't smart... Very, very unlikely there is a key move prior to around the trade deadline.

Many, many people here have pointed out how unlikely such a trade would be, yet you hang on, and you freak out when anyone questions it. The prediction was we'd get a PG from PHO. We got Ish Smith. Yet here we are, a day later arguing about a prediction - that already likely came to pass, only not to everyone's satisfaction. You're on the same level as a LOF to me. Just as dumb, just as irrational, just as deluded, just as single-minded, and screwing up the conversation just as much as any LOF ever did.
Guys this is our team. Well still be competitive and I doubt we've dropped off that much in the win column. We still have HARDEN AND DWIGHT!! Were going to be ok. A star would be nice but I've got over Parsons and Bosh. It's time to move on and hope the youth on our team takes a leap in development. Who knows T Jones may be the 3rd star without us even knowing. The only thing that I care about at this point is watching a ****ing Rockets game on TV. CSN is a bigger buZkill that the Rockets off season of you ask me.

Not saying I believe in KingDrew, but what does he have to gain by dragging on and lying about this? Seems a little ridiculous to think someone would go out of their way to drag this out and make people believe this and try so hard. But maybe there are people that desperate out there.

Definitely Bledsoe is the domino that needs to fall. I think if Phoenix matches the max offer of 4 years, 63 million that Bledsoe is bound to get eventually than we could get a shot at Dragic at the deadline IF some of our assets show more promise.
I think he hears stuff but also exaggerates his insider status a bit. If you can call someone who occasionally gets 3rd or 4th-hand information a true insider at all.
Dalembert played well in the playoffs but struggled all year. Very inconsistent effort from him. I expect with better center play we would have been +4/5 games.

Hey Treeman, I'm 46, been a Rocket fan for 40ish years. I respect what you're saying about THE THREAD. But, I have a question for you. Did you see or were you aware that Drew tweeted less than an hour before it was announced that it was not looking good (as far as re-signing Parsons)? If so, how do you feel about or explain that? Maybe you didn't feel we were matching all along, or feel he guessed and got it right. Initially, I didn't. But, after thinking about it, and reading Ben's article and Bima's tweets, I started to believe and FEEL we were matching. I think the majority did. Sure, there were a few that posted we weren't matching. But, I feel MOST did. I know Bima and Ben's tweets after Feigen's tweet were those of shock and surprise. I know I was surprised. Drew was tweeting the day before "Players are trying to talk Rockets/Morey into matching", then "It's not looking good" 45 minutes before Feigen tweeted they weren't matching - which was some 6ish hours (I believe) before the deadline. He called a couple of other things in the past fairly well (Dwight being one). That's why I felt Cyber was legit when he was being doubted early on. Many forgot about the first time we were linked to Dwight and many (remember Jop?) felt he WAS coming here, without question. Cyber was saying all along L.A. possibly, and possibly Bynum to Hou, but NOT Dwight. He also called Asik not being matched before it was announced. He had many non-believers until recently. I HATE fake insiders and I FELT Roe and Shaun were shady immediately. Drew too. But, there HAS been a lot of smoke from what Karl said, Fox said, Plowman (a 99er said) and yes, Drew. Again, I respect your feelings on the thread, but to say the kid doesn't have ANY knowledge or sources or access to some info that is at least interesting is just naive at this point. Could he go about sharing it or delivering it another way or differently, sure. Maybe you're just MOSTLY upset with the guy you're arguing with. But, it's funny to me Plowman said basically the exact same thing Drew said, after Drew as well, and no one is busting him up. Kid could turn out to be just a troll or playing everyone. Big deal. There's enough smoke at this point however to at least be interested.
