Papanikolaou leaning toward two-year deal with Rockets

    haha I see what you did there. Good one.

    I think this will be a good pick up. The guy has size for a SF, can shoot it, plays hard, plays D, and just plays a smart game (low TOs). We need some of that on this team. Paying slightly more for it shouldn't be to big of a issue.

    I just think most fans on here are still so upset about losing Parsons for 15+mil that any other move (that is not bringing in a known all-star) is regarded as a waste of money and the player is garbage. I feel like Morey is changing the team to have more toughness. One or two more moves for some scoring (PG) and I think we are good. I do have a feeling he will pull off a trade before the season starts.

    I am really hoping this deal gets done. The more I think of it, the more this kid reminds me of a young Shane Battier (no stat All State supreme).

    He has a similar size and athleticism, and people all comment on his toughness, defensive effort, on court intelligence, outside shooting ... sounds very Battieresqu.
