And he's able to do that because his best player has taken a contract that's fit for a fourth or fifth option...

should have traded him at deadline last season. WE could have gotten a real good value.

    More like MFF2-3Y.
Anyway, we need to quit with the hate. We're better than that. Appreciate the 3 years he played for us and for recruiting Dwight and wish him well. He got a monstrous contract that one of us on this board would turn down.
At his first game back, I hope people don't boo. I'll give him a round of applause as a thanks for the last 3 years and then it'll be over. I'll be back to cheering for my team..the Rockets to beat the crap out of the Mavs.

Give me $46 million, and I'll be a fan too.

He's young & now he's set for life.

Hard Work + Talent = success, he should be excited.

I am happy that we didn't match. 15$ per year is basically overpaying to a decent SF.
He was tougher at D in his first 2 years but then it turns out to be more about Offense. We don't need that much Offense while Harden and Dwight on the team.

And I am pissed of course. Those photos with Cuban and these lame tweets. What can I say, I know that NBA is business, everyone wants get what they deserve and I respect that , and Parsons did what he needs to do.Just in a wrong way !

I say this with zero bitterness, butthurt, or Rockets bias... "MFFL" is the dumbest f***ing slogan in the history of organized sports.

So why are you still here pestering us? Go join their forum.

Seriously, you haven't done this much whining since JVG prevented Vaginus Spanoulis from making the All-Star team.

Do you honestly think Chandler Parsons was THAT good? A solid #3 guy on a championship team?

I don't. I think he was a great find for a 2nd-round draft pick and a solid #4 guy whose stats were elevated because he played in an uptempo system. Last year in particular, he benefited greatly from the pressure Harden and Howard place on defenses.

A solid #4 guy is not worth banking your hopes on. Time to move on, DD.

DD only seems to show up/be vocal anymore when a player he has a boner for gets traded, benched, or released. Apparently the Chandler boner was a mighty one. And now the great DD vs Morey feud continues. MIT vs SWT. An epic battle of the minds.

Parsons on a team coached by Carlisle with a declining but still very good Dirk will be interesting. Morey for whatever reason really seems to discount coaching in the NBA.

My sources told me that Parson's agent asked Morey not to match. He wanted to be in Dallas. Cuban sold him on the "family" feel of Dallas vs. the "asset" feel of Houston.
