I got some compliments on my jersey (rainbow sleeves, not gut) when was in Wrigley two Sundays ago. It wasn't until after the game that the insults started flying.

And for Buck, I watched Dr. Strangelove over the weekend. So many great names in that movie, maybe I should change my handle. President Merkin Muffley? What about Col. Bat Guano?

You should! You gotta represent Htown. But, I would make it a batting helmet...just in case.

I have a good feeling about this road trip. My only concern is Astro hitters don't usually fare well against unfamiliar pitching. I'd settle for 3-3.

In the second inning, I bought the 2 largest, closest, drunkest guys beers; we were instantly friends for life in their eyes. They let me take a swig from the flask of peppermint schnapps they had. It was all good natured fun after that.

I had it narrowed down this or Major Kong. Had to go with GC Scott.

I've never been more excited about a regular season game in a long time (that weren't clinching games).

Man... I have been pretty pissed with the lack of attention we have been getting the last few weeks.... I wanna see us whip up on the Yanks in there own backyard, and see what kinda spotlight we get? Starting pitching has been showing some life, and the guys are just doing some awsome clutch hitting..... almost game time!

Yanks put Jose Contreras on the 15 day DL today (shoulder) so Oswalt will most likely go against Jeff Weaver on Wednesday.

It's early in the year, not to mention his career, but Adam Everett just may be the best defensive SS in the NL right now. The kid's hands & instincts are amazing, every young baseball player should watch tape of this guy.
