I miss Ron Artest. Didn't we let him go to the Lakers and we picked up Ariza who sucked? Good thing we let Ariza go... oh wait he's back...
He was a huge reason why we advanced out first round. See his mentality was tough I remember "No Layups!!!"
artest was a cool dude. i enjoyed his one year stint. still tho, i couldn't have been the only one cringing every time he took those off balance shots in the playoffs from deep. iirc, he shot only like 26-27% on threes that post-season despite being near 40% in the RS. still advanced tho. and he got torched by roy cuz he couldn't fight through the screens in the first round (still don't know why we didn't put battier on him for at least more stretches). but you know what? we advanced. and he was a big part of the heart of that team. for that i will always remember him in a more positive manner (even tho it didn't sound like it based on the first half of my post, lol).
I don't think the player formerly known as Ron Artest is currently on a roster... Bring him back, he can apologize to Ariza directly for stealing his shoe in that one game against the Lakers. Also, he has to tell James sorry he tried to kill him.
Liked having him while he was here. Glad he was gone when he left. He broke down waaaay to fast after that.
When we got Artest it was the first time I felt like the team had some much needed winning/you don't want to mess with us-attitude.
LOL. This has to be the most blatant leading poll ever. But I miss Artest too. The guy added an edge to the team that sorely needed it. His time was short but dang memorable. Would love to have an Artest-lite back on this team, someone like Lance Stephenson, who will do anything to win - bite, scratch, even blow - anything.
Should of replaced Lin's name with Beverley. Would be more interesting. Beverley is downright going tell you what he thinks about you, as an opponent when he plays against you.

Ron had leadership skills, he's not afraid to call out highest paid players <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/y_yk4Egfqys" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> he keeps it real
We remember you Ron, you kept it real, nobody gave your number away. 96 that's a real number too, it's almost as good as 99 <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/81h2Zfoj_Jo" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
If Derek Fisher can be a head coach so can Ron Artest. I would have a coaching staff of Ron Artest, Vernon Maxwell, and Mario Elie.
